Apartament Lux Crialy - 75 m2 - free parking

The appartment was cozy and clean, close to city center and to shopping mall. Everything was great!

Spacious, you have everything you need in terms of kitchen and bathroom. The view is nice, the internet is ok, the hot water ok only during the day, after 9 pm it is no longer hot. The neighborhood is ok, lots of stores and very close to the old town. Napkins, water for guests, plenty toilet paper.

I booked this ap because it had good reviews and had the configuration and the positioning that I needed. Unfortunately we had an incident with this host, for us it was not such a big deal, but they made it out to be a big deal because of their attitude. The curtain rods from the main bedroom fell on top of me when I was trying to close the curtains. I wrote a message to the owner to inform him about this and he immediately called me to accuse me and told me that he will come there to see if I did it on purpose, when I heard how he was talking to me I told him he cannot come uninvited and if he wants to come to verify the dammage he should come the next day but inform us first. We did not say we wanted the curtains fixed, it was not important to us, we fixed them on our own anyway(fix meaning put them back and telling the owner he should make sure it is safe)... The next day w.o any notice we heard someone trying to get into the house, when we opened the door there was his wife, she saw that we were there, she was clarly surpised and lied and said that she thought we checked out( we had 2 nights booked). The issue is she was sent by her husband to check the damage, the problem was that they wanted to do this w.o letting us know and when we were not there. I had a very bad experience, it moslty made my trip bad because I was stressing that they will come back when we weren't here. There are lots of things that are old in that apartment and could break and you can get blamed for it, that curtain rod being one of those things and I was unlucky to find out, it is a miracle that I did not get injured. Make sure you are careful if you book this apartment.

We are very satisfied with the accommodation, cleanliness and hospitality. The location is great, everything is very close. All praises and a clean 10 for the accommodation! We look forward to coming again!
