Room was extremely nice, clean and bed was comfortable

Room was very warm, wasn’t until after midnight before the ac was able to cool it off enough to be comfortable.

Bed was very comfortable.

We had a very strong scent of peppermint air freshener in our room. We spent a lot of time while there...with the door open trying to rid our room of the smell. Our clean clothes and towels smelled of this scent strongly..the next morning when we showered and dressed. We spoke with the cleaning personnel and she was very responsive to our concern...she came to our room and said the scent was very strong. I work in hospital, UAMS in Littlr Rock. I work in a laboratory and we are not allowed to wear scent of any kind, so, I am very sensitive to smells. I did have a scratchy throat the next day when I woke up. Through the day as we left the room and air freshener, I no longer have the scratchy throat. Please be more sensitive to those persons who have definite allergies and sensitivities to scents. We will not stay there again and this is only due to the scent of the room. The value and comfort level of the bed was very good. But, the smells are prohibitive. Marian Johnson

We had a hard time figuring out where to get towels but as soon as we saw a staff member, they made sure we were taken care of.
