Nothing.

It smelt terrible the moment you entered the building. The toilet seat was left up and had poo smeared on the underside. The sink and mirror were dirty, the bedroom had food or drink splashed up the wall. You are staying in someone's garage, only one room has a window that you can open, the smoke alarm was covered with a piece of paper stuck to the ceiling with plasters, and you can hear someone walking back and forth above you all the time, there are really creaky floorboards and you can hear talking a lot. We stayed just over an hour purely because of speaking to Booking.com's customer service. In the end I took my son and we went and stayed in a hotel because it was such an awful place. Don't believe other reviews, it's not as described and not worth the money at all. It may be in a quiet location, but it's definitely not quiet in the building. Absolutely the worst place I've ever booked and have requested a full refund.
