Good size, decent location, nice holiday park, quiet.

Felt dirty, carpets and sofa had fleas inside. Kitchen cupboards greasy inside. Not terrible but tired and grimey. Adults would not sit of the sofa after first day. Everyone bitten by bugs.

Beautiful place.

The entire carpet in the living room stinks of dog piss. It’s utterly revolting, you can only stand to sit there and smell it for so long. Turned on the hoover and it stunk of vomit, my poor mother had to wash it all out in the bathroom so we could hoover up. The smell was SO INTENSE of rotten vomit…. Was called up on arrival day and told that if I buy Parkdean entertainment passes from this guy over the phone I would be getting them much cheaper than Parkdean themselves, found out that was a lie and he was trying to sell me them for 2-3 pounds more. Then when I decided I didn’t want to buy them I was bombed with extremely rude insulting vile text messages from him. Had to complain to booking about it.

Rooms were spacious and we were given everything we needed to enjoy our time there.

Cleanliness - Was not great, we found rubbish still under the beds, including a vape. The bath plug did not work, and had to spend an hour trying to fix it myself so my kids could bath - Did not work for the duration of our stay. Some bed slats are broken on the beds. The carpets need a good clean, they do not smell nice (likely do to dogs previously staying there). The mattress does not fit the base very well.

Large lodge did not feel cramped plenty of space

Nice size caravan. Friendly owner.

Activitie pass was 27£pp. Activities itself were not the best. Most of them you need to pay extra anyway. Plus you can go to the park free till 5 pm so it was a waste of money.

Location and good size property

No extra toilet paper, some dirty tissues was left under the sink, no bins in the bathroom, the curtain pole kept coming off the rail because it was missing the head on 1 side.

Location of the caravan Wes perfect and the size was excellent
