It was spacious, like the two TVs.

The pans and pots were not in good condition, I have nearly burnt myself as the handle kept moving. This is dangerous hazard. Me and my partner also saw a rat in 2 different occasions crawling up the sofa, this kept me frightened and awake in the night. This is very poor and disturbing as well as unclean.

The apartment was warm and homely.I really liked the interior as well.

I didn't like the fact that I was there for 2 weeks yet the sheets were never changed and the apartment was never cleaned all through my stay.This made me very uncomfortable because I do not like unclean spaces.

Took a £150 damage deposit, after the booking reservation was complete. Paid for a non refundable reservation so once you are asked for an extra 150 damage deposit you don't have a leg to stand on without losing your booking payment. Joke of a system and not the point of booking things through booking.com. The price for the apartment itself is waaayy too expensive. The flat has been renovated as cheap as possible and doesn't stand up to building regulations. No fire doors and no insulation under the floorboards which are very rough with nails sticking out of. There is no extract fan which in a studio flat is completely out of order. The heaters aren't good enough to heat a poorly renovated flat. Not enough utensils and terrible pans in the kitchen. The area itself is terrible and very rough with nothing around it to do. There are some scatty restaurants next door with people shouting outside all night. The flat is located on a very busy, very bright road so don't stay here if you are a light sleeper. The entrance to the flat is surrounded by food bins from the restaurants and stinks, there's building materials all over the entrance inside downstairs. The flat wasn't cleaned to a good standard. Hair on the bathroom floor and bloody fingerprints on the walls in there. The bed sheets weren't clean with black marks all over the pillowcases. Bathroom light on all night unable to turn it off. Very disappointing. They have a very good photographer take the pictures.
