4 bed 4 bath House with Free Parking, 5 Mins to LFC and 15 Mins to City Centre

I love that location of the property and the amount of space and rooms available for people

The property was perfect as well maintained warm and in a quiet environment

Unfortunately, there were a quite few inconveniencies during our stay and some things occurred that didn't meet our expectations. First of all, we were promised to be given the code at 16h. But it wasn't before 17h24 that we were provided the correct code. (see photo) As the owner asked for £85 for an earlier baggage drop-off at 14h, I thought it would be only fair to claim some compensation for this delay. Furthermore, I woke up during the second night as some rain dropped through the ceiling onto my bed (see photo). I had to spend the rest of the night on the sofa. Additionally, the house was overheated and it took us about one and a half days to put the heating to a suitable setting. The instructions we were given to do this were useless ... There was also some cat dropping in the back garden, which obviously had been there for several days as it had already turned white (see photo). Moreover, the house never ever measures 200 square metres, rather 200 cubic metres. Meanwhile I noticed that this was changed to 88 square metres on the Booking. com site. Don't book this accommodation for more than 8 people as the double beds are very small and don't sleep two adults of normal size!! Most disappointing, the owner has never reacted when I informed him about the above mentioned inconveniences and also presented photos and videos as evidence. I asked him to suggest some refund, but maybe he can't be bothered as the premises is for sale as is indicated on a sign outside the house.

Everything! Very unpleasant experience and uncomfortable stay at the said apartment. Host will Impose unnecessary security deposit and would not return it. Worst property with a smallest toilet, small kitchen and spoilt heater system in the entire apartment in winter.

The decor, the lighting and the rooms were absolutely beautiful. Also the cleanliness of the property was at an amazing standard! The hosts were great, welcoming people and very attentive!
