I had an incredible time staying at this apartment! It was in a perfect location near the sea, offering beautiful views and a peaceful atmosphere. The apartment itself was stunning—clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. But what really made this experience stand out was the host. [Host's Name] was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Not only did he make sure we had everything we needed, but he also went above and beyond by recommending great local restaurants and places to visit. He was always available to help and genuinely cared about making our vacation unforgettable. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. We loved staying at Villa Riviera 287. The apartment was immaculately clean, spacious, air-conditioned and beds were comfortable. We appreciated the location near the beach (the villa still keeping its quiet) and club restaurants. Antonio is a wonderful host taking EXCELLENT care of his guests. We arrived quite late in Pescara, and the owner provided us with transport from the airport to the accommodation. A bottle of champagne was waiting for us on the table and still and mineral water in the fridge. The location is great and the beach is one step away. The beach has fine sand and a smooth entrance to the sea. The photos and the description of the apartment fully reflect reality. The apartment has all of your needs, and everything is new. There are air conditioners in every room, and the zone is very peacefull. There are many restaurants, bars, clubs, and boardwalks. The place is an 10/10. Antonio and his lovely wife fill every place with energy and positive vibes. You charge yourself with a feeling of well-being just by exchanging two words. Sociable, cheerful and very respectfull people. Anything you need, Antonio immediatly solves (restaurant reservation, bike rental, hiking tips, etc).There wasn't anything we didn't like. We had a dream vacation where we made new friends. All thanks to this beautiful family that helped us. Words are small to fully describe the soulful beauty of these people. Everything was great. The apartment is beautiful, clean, new, very comfortable. Perfectly equipped. Beds and pillows super comfortable. All functional. Antonio was great, friendly, happy to help with everything. Responds immediately via sms. The surrounding restaurants are all excellent.

We were in Peskara first time in June 2024 and stayed in this apartment. The apartment is perfect. The location is great. The beach is across to the road, 2 minutes. The apartments are bright, clean, there are lots of space. The villa has a small elevator. We came with a baby and it was a big plus that we could take the elevator with a stroller. It’s also great that the apartment has a washing machine and everything that is needed for a comfortable time. Also I want to mention that the owner of the apartment Antonio is very nice person. He met us in the morning when we came, showed us the apartments, told us where we can find good restaurants and closest supermarket. He helped with everything that we asked. We were very pleased with our holiday, with the apartment and with the owner. Highly recommended.

The owner was the nicest person. He was easy to reach at all times and helped me when I had a ton of questions. He also helped schedule us a taxi big enough for our family. The apartment was big enough for two adults and three kids. The beach was close and a full kitchen for the meals we made in home. Will definitely be staying here again
