Location was amazing. Thats bout it

Bathroom very small, smoke detector would go off everytime I showered. Had a couple issues that were kinda just shrugged off.

"Nice room, half block from the beach, would return."

Half block from the broadwalk and the beach. Gas stove, microwave, and mini fridge.

No parking ($22 a day) Thin walls, can hear everything from next room. Beach chairs would be nice.

The unit is very clean and the location is great!

Parking is not provided making is very inconvenient. No instructions are provided for daily city parking (call 954.921.3535 - $20 US per 24 hours). Alternatively, it’s close to $40 US/day at meters. Shower valve is defective and must be replaced, as there’s less than 1/32” between lukewarm and scalding. Renovations are nice, yet a professional and complete renovation could have made it excellent (level the floor, new trims, cover stucco walls, etc). Because of that, I would not emphasis or title the add as ‘Renovated’.

close to beach, clean bedding, clean bathroom and the boardwalk is a block away.

very small room. Smaller then an average hotel room, parking not on site and extremely costly. Property manager needs to let renters know of the parking pass you can buy before spending $70 a day. 24 hrs parking passes are available from the city at $15/ day plus taxes ( why keep that secret). A cooler and 2 beach chairs is a must but not supplied. That convenience would have been greatly appreciated and reflected here.
