Everything is excellent. The house is big and clean and has all the utensils. The location is also excellent as the city centre of Funchal is very close.

La communication avec o senhor victor s'est fait très facilement par whatsapp. Je ne l'ai pas rencontré mais est très sympa. Disponible pour toutes questions. L'appartement est bien situé et très pratique pour une famille (nous étions 5, 2 adultes, et 3enfants, 9,5et 3ans) Pour nous le petit plus a été le lave linge et sèche linge. Il y avait également 2 petits radiateurs d'appoint qui nous ont servi aussi. La place de parking dans la cour est super. Surtout quand on loue une voiture

Je dirai que le petit moins est le lit parentale qui est un peu court quand on est grand 😉 mais bon c'est gerable

The apartment is big, modern and properly supplied even with coffee caps and all other utilities. Really nice and fast responsive owners. Recommend!

Bed mattresses are hard and not the most comfortable.
