Location near to the station.

Lack of advertised facilities. The most bizarre entrance to a property we have ever experienced. The so called patio area at the entrance was dirty with rubbish, cigarette ends and pigeon droppings and clearly hadn’t been cleaned in ages. The entrance was secured with a bicycle chain and padlock. The only natural light is via the glass door. The kitchenette which was advertised as having a stovetop, toaster as well as tea and coffeemaker had none of these. There was a microwave which we were told to use to heat water for hot drinks. This however was impossible as there were no mugs, cups or glasses provided! The kitchen drawers were dirty. Despite pointing this out on arrival no-one contacted us to supply any of the missing facilities during our three day stay! WiFi didn’t work. Having made over 100 reservations through Booking this is by far the worst place we have ever stayed at.

Great room, like what they have done with the outside space. Perfect for a couple for a short stay to see the sights of Bologna. Very easy to get to the train station and some nice restaurants and cafes nearby

Little bit difficult to find. Could provide a local map with more precise directions as booking maps took us to a different street.

Ideally located: it's only a short 20min walk to the city centre. The apartment is in a great neighborhood with lovely restaurants and cafes. It has free parking!
