Private oasis, Pool, Downtown PNS & Beach 3BR-2,5BT

except for the remote siting , which uber solved well , this villa rang all the bells . We left our passports behind to trave to orange beach without realising . when we were returning a few days later we were told that the cleaners had found them in a draw and handed them to the renting company . when we left to go to the airport they phoned to tell us my wife had left a coat hanging off a chair , we had time to return and pick it up . What excellent service from the staff . Much appreciated and we hope to return at a later date .

Can not think of anything to complain about .

Loved the location, decor, backyard area. Very clean and one of the best for things that you might need!

The steep stairs to the bedrooms

I liked the private pool. The owner of the home was super nice & responsive to my concerns and calls when I was lost upon arriving! She was willing to have me come back at no extra charge but the property manager said non refundable even with weather conditions.

I didn’t like all the cameras placed around the house outside by the pool. I felt my privacy was being invaded. The house had a mold smell downstairs and they had humidifiers going upstairs to help with the Oder. I also had to leave early because of the hurricane warnings in the area & they would not refund or reimburse me for two nights that was paid. I didn’t like that I couldn’t get reimbursed for evacuations being done. This was out of my control!
