"A welcoming and comfy spot to stay in Penrith"

Good location for anything in Penrith. Vickie (the hostess) was very welcoming and helpful. The room was very comfortable with good blackout blinds to help make the room dark. Breakfast was excellent.

The room was somewhat on the small side and right next to a busy (and noisy) road - fortunately I had some earplugs with me.

"Comfortable room and excellent breakfast."

Vicky has obviously thought through all aspects of what her guests would be and provided well equipped rooms when others only provided the bare minimum. Things such as nice skin and hand lotion in bathroom. Full length mirror and plenty of tea, coffee and snacks. Breakfast was excellent.

We had a squeaky ensuite door which we told Vicky about and she said she would oil. Minor issue but being of a certain demographic we noticed during the night.

"Ideal place to stay."

Vickie was very friendly and welcoming and even sorted our disc on the car, and sent us a taxi number. Our room was spotless and i loved the extra touches, of which there were many. Breakfast was lovely. Would definitely recommend.
