Cafe across the car park v good. Staff v gd to me regarding takeaways as I spent all the time at the hospital across the road. As waiting for a hip replacement I was fortunate to be able to walk the short distance to the hospital using my walking stick

Would have liked a bedside light to easily go to bathroom etc especially having to be careful with sore hip

Everything in my Unit was clean and tidy, very well presented, The outside was also very tidy and clean The staff was very welcoming and helpful, they also took we to my room and explained anything i needed to know in my unit. Excellent place to stay

I can n to think of anything that could have been done better.

Everything was clean, which was very important.

The aircon in the room was a little noisy, for me it wasn't a problem but wife is a light sleeper and asked me to turn it off which made the room a bit hot, otherwise everything was perfect. Also requested an early checkin but received a message saying it could not be posssible. When I checked in at 2:30pm, the staff said they expected me at 11am. Don't know where the confusion arose.

Nice big room

Lots of extra little touches - pillow menu, milk in glass bottles (and we were asked what kind we wanted), phone charging station on the alarm clock, bathroom night light & the kitchenette area looked brand new! Despite being close to the hospital we didn’t really hear the ambulance / helicopter at night.

Loved it all!! Maybe slightly bigger parking spaces?? Hard to get to my car to load up in the rain as someone in a big truck had backed up so I couldn’t go down behind cars to reach my vehicle.
