The location to the beach, coffee shop, t shirt shop and a few restaurants was perfect. You can walk to the beach in less than a minute depending on traffic. You can walk or bike to everything else easily. Plenty of beach towels, bath towels washcloths. Sheets were nice. Mattress was comfortable. Pillows were firm. If you don't like firm, bring your own pillows. Nice beach chairs and floats to use.

The window sill behind the bed, and behind the night stands needed to be vacuumed. Stove top had grease on it. The bathroom was clean, but the cloth shower curtain needs to be washed because the bottom of it is not clean. The tv remote in the living room needs to be fixed or replaced. It is just a hot mess. We quit trying to use it. Other than that, it was a nice condo.

You can walk right to the beach! It is the perfect location. It is a wonderful place and the price is just right. The staff answered my questions and were very helpful. Will definitely stay here again

"Location great. Cleanliness of condo is poor and appliances don’t work correctly."

Its ground floor and location is great!

Had issues with getting in the condo, passcode wasn’t sent. Had to spend 20 minutes trying to get ahold of someone to get in. Front door was hard to open, you can see the frame is cracked like the door has been kicked in before. The microwave wouldn’t get hot so couldn’t cook anything in it. The fan in the bedroom wouldn’t turn on. The fan in the living room turned on but would not turn off. The floor were dirty when I arrived. Had to pick pieces of food off the floor. There was a puddle of yellow liquid in the bathroom floor. My 11 month olds legs feet and hands were black after crawling on the floor for 5 minutes (right after we got here) they did offer cleaning to come back out but I shouldn’t had to have been offered that when they claim the 6 hours between 10-4 they spend the whole time cleaning. Clearly they do not mop the floor or even sweep. I had to clean when I arrived.
