Hello, I want to formally complain about a very unprofessional and unacceptable situation that happened during our stay at your hotel. When we checked in, your front desk employee asked for my ID for verification. I provided the ID and the employee took it to check it. However, your employee forgot to return my ID, which is a basic responsibility during the check-in process. Because of your staff’s negligence, we left the hotel early in the morning without my ID. At that moment we had no idea the document was still at the front desk. Later, when we were already about 150 miles away from the hotel, your staff suddenly called us and informed us that my ID had been left at the reception. Because of this mistake made by your employee, we were forced to drive all the way back to the hotel, losing almost half a day of our time, spending additional money on fuel, and seriously disrupting our travel plans. Your staff claimed they knocked on our door at 7:30 AM, but I woke up at 7:00 AM and did not hear any knocking at all. This entire situation happened only because your employee failed to return my ID, which is a very basic and fundamental duty of the front desk. As a result of your staff’s negligence we suffered: • loss of valuable time • additional fuel expenses • major inconvenience to our trip I would like to know who will compensate us for these losses, since this situation occurred solely due to your staff’s mistake. This is extremely unprofessional service, and guests should not have to deal with problems like this because of the hotel’s staff. If this issue is not addressed properly, I will report this situation to Booking.com and leave a detailed public review describing this experience, so other travelers are aware of what happened. I expect a proper response regarding this matter.

"The place from HELL!"

The room was horrible. The walls was coming apart everything in the room looked liked it was from the 30s. The bed was really uncomfortable. The carpet was extremely dirty and the bathroom was unreal. The walls where drooping the ceiling was drooping and the paint was horrible. You still count see the actual drywall tape,it wasn't even covered. The the coop dela, the hotel advertised breakfast and the clerk said they haven't had breakfast in over a year. I wouldn't wish my dog on this place. Hallways are horrible, need painting and updating. You need to stop offering this place for a place to stay.
