The location was good for what I needed.

The electrical outlets were old and cracked. I couldn't run my medical equipment and it was too dirty to try.

Nice staff

No elevators, the room odor was bad, right when you go up tue stairs the odor starts, the fridge smelled like rotten meat, the shower wasn’t clean or it was very old

There was no breakfast! There was a very nice space for it but was told they didn't have staffing for it. We picked that location so we could have breakfast before we got on the road for the day but had to go somewhere else and spend more money.

When you walked in the door of the lobby there was a airfreshner that was so over powering, it gave me a headache. No one was at the desk, sign said be back in 15 minutes. After 15 minutes we called the number. Couldn't give us a receipt because no ink.
