5 1/2 Zimmer Penthouse Luv und Lee

Es war sehr schön eingerichtet mit Liebe zum Detail. Alles war sehr sauber. Sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Die Lage war super.

Excellent home base for visiting different beaches on the North Sea coast. The apartment is about 15 minutes drive from the sea to both the north (Harlesiel) and the east (Hooksiel) and just a short walk to the Wangermeer recreation area. We enjoyed the spacious living room and cozy covered porch area after returning from days out. For our family of 7, it was the perfect size. It wasn't clear from pictures, but the kids' room is directly adjacent to the master bedroom. All other rooms have doors to the hallway behind the living room. When the large double doors to the living room/dining room area were closed, noise from talking did not disturb those sleeping in the bedrooms. The neighbors downstairs could be heard when we were on the porch, however. Almost all the neighbors seemed to live there year-round, so be mindful that this apartment isn't for partiers. You would disturb the families living below. Just about everything we needed was there and what was missing was quickly purchased at one of the two grocery stores or the KIK (clothing and accessories) store within a 7 minute walk. We especially liked having a Strandkorb available to use at the beach at Hooksiel at no extra cost.

The apartment was great and we were very pleased with it. The owner reacted positively to a note about some repairs that could be made (loose handles and hooks on cupboards) and spots the cleaner missed before we got there (the second porch hadn't been swept). I didn't find a clothes drying rack, which would have been nice, but we made do with hangers. Not the related to the apartment directly, but I was a bit disappointed with the "beach" area on the Wangermeer that was the closest swimming option. The sand was a bit overgrown with grass, and there was algae along the edge of the water. We still saw people swimming and boating in it, though. But it wasn't attractive for spending a day there as I had imagined before we saw it.

Wir haben ein verlängertes Wochenende in der Wohnung verbracht und waren alle 6 begeistert es hat uns nicht an nichts gefehlt schöne Einrichtung super sauber wunderbare Lage um im Norden schöne Ausflüge zu machen der Kontakt mit Matthias war Sensationell und 100% empfehlenswert wir waren auch nicht zum Letztenmal da beim nächsten mal nehmen wir uns aber viel mehr Zeit

Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt, Einkaufsmöglichkeit ca.500 METER: LEBENSMITTEL, Bäcker, Apotheke usw. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet. Für Kinder viele Spiele vorhanden.

Schöne Wohnung, toll eingerichtet mit allem was man braucht.

Im großen und ganzen gab es nichts was uns nicht gefallen hat

Insgesamt sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung ist größer als erwartet und gut ausgestattet. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ums Eck, wenige Kilometer zum Meer mit eigenem Strandkorb. Auch bei schlechtem Wetter kann man gut Zeit drinnen verbringen.

Für meinen Geschmack steht hier etwas zu viel Deko. Als Gast möchte ich Regale und Ablageflächen nutzen und nicht erst Deko wegräumen müssen. Wir mussten die persönlichen Daten aller Besucher vorab bekanntgeben. Das ist wohl Gesetz und notwendig für die Kurkarten. Das hat auch alles gut funktioniert, also nicht überrascht sein 👍

Es ist sehr geräumig und man hat alles und mehr als man braucht.
