The residents as a whole. The view of the ocean from my balcony. The beautiful restaurants etc.. And not to forget my apartment it so beautiful and very good for a vacation.

This apartment and its amenities are amazing.

I loved everything. No complaints

Close proximity to most facilities, great sea view

Both rooms had shower at least 1 to have bath

Location was good and the apartment was very neat.

The facial recognition took ages to process and did not work for our entire stay. We had to get the receptionist/ security guard to take us up and down whenever we needed to.

Beautiful apartment in a beautiful place, convenient and easy to locate even if youre not from Durban. Spoilt for choice with restuarants and shopping malls.

Too much admin, and dealing with different agents assisting with the booking was a nightmare created misunderstanding and confusion. There was a request for payment that was already done. We were not notified we needed to pay R150 extra for the 3rd guests Biometric however this was canceled upon enquiring because we were not informed. Requested for an early check in, my guests flights arrived at 15h30 i needed to drop off my luggage first before picking up my guests from the airport, the request was not attended to. I went to Mhlanga Arch at 15h00 to do my biometrics for easy access to the apartment, biometrics didnt work. I had to come back and redo. We were harrased by security guards due to a noise complaint. The security guards assumed it was our apartment even though there was a party in the restaurant opposite our apartment. Parking bays allocation We were not informed of our parking bays as a result my guests car was clamped we had to pay R350 to release it. My guests and I were disappointed, it was their first time visiting KZN. The entire experience was terrible.

The communication with our hosts was quite poor otherwise it was value for my money
