Absolutly not serious owner.At arrival they gave us a completly different room from what I booked...instead of so called mountain view they gave a very small camera with window facing another people window from across building. With serenity the girl in charge told us that our room is occupied now with another turists and I can cancel booking if I want.Air con very noisy...roosters singing around..it was for me the worst stay in my life.

The room looked like the photos on Booking.com however it needed a new coating of paint as it looks a bit dirty on the walls - being picky here.

We booked this hotel for a room to stay in the night before our flight. The check-in process was quite strange — there was no one at the front desk, and a random person from outside ended up shouting upstairs for us. Eventually, she took us to our room, which felt a bit unprofessional. Due to circumstances outside the hotel’s control, the power was out. A generator ran all night, there was no air-conditioning, and we had a terrible sleep. The power outage also meant very low water pressure and no hot water so we opted not to shower here. When checking out, we noticed the times listed online were incorrect. It stated check-out was between 12 p.m. and midnight, which definitely needs updating. I even messaged beforehand and was told check-out was at 12 p.m., yet we were woken up at 9 a.m. and told it was actually 11 a.m. Overall, it wasn’t the best stay and we didn’t sleep well, but the room was clean and the staff were friendly enough.

Good basic stay. Small but clean. Great location and good price.

Not sure staff were expecting us but accommodated us anyway. Window in our room was 1m opposite the next house and directly looking into someone's living room so always had to have the curtains shut.

Very friendly staff, away from loud bars but a short walk to the main street. The scooter rental is in front of the hotel

Todo, el lugar huele a popó ! Y el servicio al cliente es lo peor que me ha tocado en toda la vida que he viajado. El chico que trabaja allí es arrogante y no te soluciona absolutamente nada a parte de que es grosero y no le interesa lo que pase en el lugar. El nido tiene mejores opciones de alojamiento, mi recomendación es que busquen otra opción antes de meterse a este pésimo lugar.

The place is few walks away from restaurants and beach/port of elnido and also near some activities like canopy walk.

We are not able to use the shower,maybe there’s a hot and cold shower in our room but maybe we just don’t know how to use it 😅

Leur accueil et leur gentillesse. Ils répondent tellement gentiment à nos demandes.

Les coqs alentours le matin..mais il y en a partout
