Excellent location, just stone's throw from the Grassmarket but set in a peaceful location (near some very good bakeries!). Lots of nice wee touches of water in the fridge, plenty of toilet roll and coffee making facilities. Very friendly and welcoming host who responded promptly to any communication. Would happily stay again for the view from the kitchen window alone.

Only suggestion would be to add extra pillows

Location was close to everything. A very walkable city.

The stairs were a bit of a challenge with luggage.
