Cute on Cashel 10

It was warm, cozy, clean and just simply great. Very quiet. Comfortable and spacious bed with heavy blanket - perfect for sleeping. In the kitchen we had everything for cooking - pan, knives, dishes etc. even oil was there. Loved this place and if I come back again to New Zealand, I will book it again. Thank you. Best of luck. An excellent little property that is tucked away in a convenient location. Basically a mini house with everything you need which is great for a longer stay. The property came with essentials like tea/coffee and shampoo/conditioner whilst also having some luxuries like a washer/dryer, ironing board, garden, and even a bidet integrated into the toilet. The bed was also very comfortable and the whole place had a modern finish. 10/10, would stay again.

It wasn't available for all of the dates I was in Christchurch, so I had to downgrade to accommodation that wasn't as nice for the last few days of my travel :-(

The booking/com system sending an email with a 'PIN #' is confusing - especially late at night after a long day, and meaning it took ages to find the actual code. I'm pretty sure this is a website rather than host issue. Some attention to detail was missed on the cleaning side of things - I contacted the host and the main issue I noticed was rectified very quickly & great communication to resolve it at a time that suited me. The next day (when I hadn't just had a long day of travel and was more awake!) I noticed a few other nooks and crannies that weren't cleaned wonderfully well. A bit sparse on kitchenware for those who want to self cater, and only one dishwasher tablet provided and enough detergent provided for one (small!) load.

Super clean apartment, very cosy. We stayed only overnight but it had everything what we needed and very close to everything in the town.

Great location

Good communication from property owners. Place had everything you needed and was tidy.

The direct neighbours were quiet, but there is a cafe right next door which could be a little noisy, especially first thing in the morning. Mind you, on the plus side, didn't have to go very far for the morning coffee fix!

Was perfect for our needs, well set out, tidy and comfortable. Modern and affordable!
