we were visiting friends and family , the flat was centrally located . would definitely book again .

slight lack of kitchen utensils ( no bread knife ) .

Location was great.

The WiFi was not working on the property so I couldn't use the TV. I messaged the staff and although they replied back but didn't come to rectify the issue unfortunately. The apartment itself is quite dingy, the layout was not ideal for families with kids. The kitchen wasn't particularly clean (drawers were full of grime & dust), also found a small hair on the shower tile...! Paid £235 for 2 nights (Friday & Saturday). I would have to say that this is incredibly over priced and it should be listed for half the price max.

Property was fine and we were more than happy

Location is fantastic and it’s dog friendly. Great for families, too!

A little untidy in places - needed a lick of paint and good clean in areas.

We were put in alternative accommodation that was freezing cold and damp and hadn’t been cleaned properly and was lacking facilities ie for 6 people we had a small drop leaf table and one chair, the kitchen was not adequate not one sharp knife and not enough pans and dirty the bathrooms had mold and the main bedroom smelt of damp very unhappy did take it up with booking.com who contacted property but weren’t prepared to help,. We also communicated with them direct but the thanked us for feedback but said they couldn’t help., not happy at all this was apartment 51 and it needs a renovation we booked to stay in apartment 53
