Owner is very kind and quick in replying messages. Some of the facilities in the property will need pre-booking before entering, and the owner able to respond quickly and manage to book the facilities. Otherwise, the rooms are equipped with air-conditioned, tv box with netflix subscription, and location is near to multiple restaurants and cafe.

Nothing much but the choice of the cooking utensils are quite limited, and the soundproofing is not that good so during night can hear some noise.
