Back up electricity. Cleaning services Neat, clean and comfortable Facilities Security Book the cinema in advance. I didn't manage to use this facility due to my short stay and it was fully booked.

The man at the front desk didn't activate my app for me to have access to the estate when I checked in that afternoon. However the agent assisted me that night with a temporary pass. The following morning when I got to the front desk another worker there informed me that the person that checked me in was supposed to activate my access on their system and assist me with the app. It would have saved me a lot of time and worry if they did this for me when I checked in Would have also liked if the room had an aircon. However the fans provided were sufficient for our stay

I loved everything about the place. It was incredibly beautiful and very clean. It staff was much friendly towards us.We truly enjoyed our stay.

This apartment was more than 10 out of 10 for the convenince , the location , the comfort, the cleanliness.. the linen and towels were all clean, neat and in abundance .... the appliances , crockery, glassware and all other meal prep equipment was top of the range ..... The only thing that we struggled with was the code system when enetering and leaving the property but we got the hang of it by the next morning.. this however is miniscule to the amazingness of this property. Karen our host was available whenever we needed her assistance and even came around to the apartment to check if all was good. The only issue I had but that is a personal issue is that the view from this amazing apartment is a huge forest My paranoia had me expecting creepy crawlies to surface at any time which obviously didnt... the morning chirping sounds of the birds from this huge forest quickly dissolved any thoughts of being attacked by any slithering enemies....the apartment is situated very near the Ballito Mall and isnt too far from the beach either. On the property you have the convenience of a pool, a chill area, a fully equipped gym, a movie theartre, a laundromat as well as a Spa♥ The apartment also has excellent WIFI and loadshedding only affected the plugs - everything else from lights to WIFI worked ....with the generator The airport was also only 15 to 20 mins away.... So dont hesitate .... a home away from home with all the luxuries and comfort that one needs a definite 10 out of 10 (wish I could rate it higher)
