I had to go to a separate building to pick up and return my keys after my stay. The combination pad on our door didn’t work our entire stay. The lock on the patio door didn’t work or lineup. We had no hot water our entire six night seven days stay. Despite numerous service calls. Only three technicians ever showed up to inspect or look at the hot water heater. There was mold on the shower curtain, there was no bedding provided for the pullout couch, The pool wasn’t open and we were never informed of this prior to our stay, the entire patio is completely screened in which obstructs the view of the beach, the master bed was so warped that you could see it standing up with a naked eye. The kitchen wasn’t equipped with any mixing bowls and the can opener hardly Worked. The parking lot was under construction and parking was limited. We were never informed of any parking restrictions prior to our stay. There were multiple serviceman working on the exterior of the building and scaffolding at our balcony level.
