The apartment itself was clean and convenient. The bed was comfortable.

The building lack maintenance. The elevator was often out of order and dirty. Only the very strict minimum of amenities. No soap nor wash cloth. I wished the balcony was covered like its neighbours , so that I could leave my clothes out to dry overnight.

Le lit en mezzanine est très difficile d'accès. La tringle pour la penderie est dans le placard à balai et serpillière. Étant arrivés tard, nous sommes restés une nuit et nous avons quitté la location.

Great location overlooking the marina. Kitchen well equipped, huge fridge, very nicely decorated. Location very buzzy, restaurants and bars below. Lots of water sports available. Patisserie nearby, also everything else you might need. Not suitable for small children as mezzanine bedroom. Very slight negative, however, would apply to all accommodation in the area, is the smell of cooking from said restaurants below sometimes. Totally compensated for by the fabulous atmosphere and live music below. Usually just one venue each night so all positive and stumbling across Salsa night just magical.

Tolle Lage an der Marina, in ein paar Minuten an den Stränden, im Stadtzentrum und viele Schöne Restaurants. Sehr nette Vermieter!
