The Plus #3 HOWME

In the description it says the apartment has air conditioner but it doesn’t have. It was 40C or 104F and to sleep inside the apartment would be impossible. The door knob was broken also. Tried to contact the ower/manager several times and he never replied. We ended up leaving the apartment and getting a hotel in the same area. Today, 6 days later, the owner/manager still didn’t reply neither refunded us. Booking was contacted but didn’t reply either. I wouldn’t recommend this place neither the owner/manager.

Nice balcony

Kitchen does not work, airconditioning did not work. Parking space was not available for a day. Bed was most uncomfortable bed ever. There were bed bugs and apartment seemed unfinished. Nextdoor they are building a new apartment very noisy. Owners would get us a pickup from airport, but they forgot.

Property was nice looking, in private territory, safe and very good if you have car.

-new building -close to supermarket

- NO AIR CONDITION in the middle of summer; I made a complaint to the person managing the property but the problem was not fixed. Judging by the review left by the person that rented the apartment right before me, they knew about the issue - Tried to sleep with the windows opened to cool down the room and had mosquitos because there are no mosquito nets - whole area is a construction site -noisy during the day - no wifi

It was very nice when you have a car because there was a private parking lot and a market and coffee shop nearby.

The internet was not working because it had to be registered and the staff did not respond to this problem.

location is perfect if you have a car you have private parking and you can get around easy. big supermarket next door, lovely balcony and lovely facilities.

the only thing is lack of WIFI
