Las Villas I & II

Overall the villa looked good. very photogenic. in the middle of the jungle with birds chirping in the morning. we spotted a Toucan! Quiet at night. host is easy to contact

- Rough Road: to get there is a journey, the road is not maintained and super bumpy, you need minimum a SUV to get there. we were lucky to rent a SUV. the road condition was not specified in the villa description. - Hard to find the Villa: we got there at night, the villa we stayed in was the only one without a number, so we kept going back and forth in the enclosed community. I had to contact the host and send pictures of the villas to make sure I was at the correct one. - Not ready for us: the place was dusty and did not look recently cleaned up( bandaid under the bed). Closets were full of stuffs (unfolded blankets, covers, and others personal belongings) and spider webs on every shelves. Soap dispensers were empty in the room on the main level and in the upstairs bedroom/ guest room . Water dispenser was also empty, as well as the BBQ gas tank. I contacted the host to have everything refilled. the bedroom upstairs wasn't refilled, I contacted one extra time about that and after I just gave up. - Rusty silverware. no drying dish rack. - Loads of mosquitoes - outside staircase is not light up, dangerous at night, need to carry a flashlight. - 2 small pillows for a king bed and looked old ( foam inside were balling up)

Im Grunde, ist das eine wunderschöne Villa mit alle möglichen option. Die Lage ist gut mit einem einem Auto ist alles gut erreichbar. Die Gastgeberin ist immer Virtual erreichbar, und auch sehr schnell uns geholfen mit einem Mietauto zu organisieren.

Es fehlt ein Gutes Management für das villa, hier steht villa I& II, aber ich denke es sind insgesamt 4 villas die zusammen gehören, aber irgendwie scheint niemand darum wirklich zu kümmern um die Sachen wirklich stand zu halten. Es ist eigentlich sehr schade, so könnten wir einige Sachen im Villa nur bedingt nützen, weil es entweder nicht richtig eingestellt und nicht funktionstüchtig.

Villetta immersa nella vegetazione. Arredata con gusto e fornita dei confort necessari. Piscina privata (il retino era rotto quindi non siamo riusciti a pulirla bene e praticamente non la abbiamo utilizzata). Host molto gentile anche se non ci siamo mai viste perché abbiamo fatto self check in.

C’erano alcune cose rotte o non funzionanti. Asciugamani e lenzuola non pulitissimi. La doccia arrugginita. La strada per arrivare alla villetta è uno sterrato, quindi abbiamo limitato gli spostamenti (non è impraticabile, solo che di sera non si vede praticamente nulla).

L'amfitrio contestaba rapid i ens va portar una olla per poder cuinar, tot i que per a mi ja es una eina necessaria per una villa amb inquilins.

Per arribar a la villa el cami es de terra i ple de forats i baches, no si pot arribar amb qualsevol coche, tot i se una villa maca, hi ha molts detalls que fallaven o que s'haurien de millorar, el ventilador de baix no funcionava, hi havia algun enchufe que es queia de la paret, la pressio de l'aigua de les aixetes sortia malament, faltaven eines de cuina i els coberts estaben casi tots amb punts de rovell, tovalloles i llançols amb taques i bruts, calaixos amb pels sense bona neteja, la piscina no funcionava la llum nu les bombolles, el wifi tmb fallava sovint, en resum, jo no repetiria.

Beautifully located in the jungle. Modern design, well furnished, comfy beds, huge towels. Very friendly and helpful owner who reached out via WhatsApp to make arrangements for arrival, and was happy to help when we had questions or issues. Very nice cenote (Xai-Kin) around the corner, on the dirt road leading to the house.

Bumpy 1km ride on dirt road to get to the complex, which we didn't want to drive at night. Some appliances were malfunctioning upon arrival, but the host had them fixed promptly. Tulum ruins are a 20 min drive away.

Top end villa, all mod cons incl washing machine (in shed) , very responsive host . 2 mins from Cenote Dreamgate

1.5k down a jungle track (major potholes) to get there, when we arrived air con/shower/tv not working - luckily could move next door. In the jungle so many bugs, leaves in pool etc .
