It is a good location, quiet on a dead-end street, within walking distance of city commercial spots, food, groceries and karaoke.

Ellen is a super host. She takes care of everything that you need including drinkable water, gas for the gas stove and she was right there with recommendations every time I turned around and needed something she was there. The place is quite small but for one person it is absolutely perfect. The bed is incredibly comfortable and the location is very central to everything, plus you're only a 2 minute walk from the mall with everything that you would need, including a really big grocery store. The price is fair and the suite is really cute and feels so like home. I would highly recommend this place.

I should have done more research and found a place that was closer to the beaches in Batangas, because what I really wanted was a place that was walking distance to a good beach, and that wasn't the case, but it was very easy to take transport or a taxi to get to the beach.

The unit is small but it was definitely cozy. It’s away from the main road so there wasn’t any loud noises. The room was clean and is only a few minutes away from the mall. Having a smart tv in the bedroom is also a plus
