MYMYA small 2-bedroom unit, one with bath attached and one at corridor. The whole complex is still new, decently furnished with most items one might need for short term stay (needs wifi though), everything still looks fresh, and there appears to be good security at entrance/exit. Unit was on the 17th floor, so currently there are some nice views of Ipoh that's not commonly experienced. This might change though, as there is early construction of a building next door. Rather nice location that's very accessible to major locations in Ipoh.
One shower water heater and one air-con unit malfunctioned on first night of stay - so some points deducted for facility & comfort. These things can sometimes unfortunately happen to anyone; but due to timing of stay (CNY), both these issues could not be resolved for remainder of stay despite best efforts by host. Nevertheless, a settlement was ultimately reached with host, kudos for good communication.
