予約の内容や言葉の壁がありましたが、無事泊まる事ができました。部屋も沢山あり風呂トイレも２つあり非常によかったです。

もう少しわかりやすい内容で説明等あれば助かりますね。 例えば、一棟貸しってなってるのにTEL確認したら一階か二階か確認されたり、でも一階と二階は繋がってると言う謎の現象。こちらは一棟借りてる（三階建のビル）つもりなのに、、、と当日悩む結果に。（三階は他の住居者さんがいました。） これ一階と二階が別になったらどうなるんだろうと不安になりました。今回は我々だけだったため問題なく快適な旅行ができました。

連絡がすぐついたので安心して泊まれた。

雪が降るぐらい寒くて…一気に暖房とかをつけたらブレーカーが落ちた。 連絡がすぐついたので､問題はなかった。

お風呂がふたつあったので、大人数でもスムーズに入浴できました

歯ブラシはありましたが、歯磨き粉付きのものではなく、 常備されている大きな歯磨き粉チューブだったので、 他人と共有することに抵抗があり使用することができませんでした コーヒーやお茶があると書いていたのに、見つけられませんでした

部屋数が多く、子供、乳幼児に必要なものが 揃っていた。

洗面所などの区切り引き戸の下の方の凹部分と消火器にホコリが溜まっていた。
