Clean, modern, a great location, a big common area is a huge plus. The manager Mori san was very nice and accommodating

The automated check-in process was very confusing and annoying. They need to hire a different system provider. The auto lock hardware is non-standard and difficult to figure out. Without the manager it would have been impossible to get in so what is the point?

In a lovely quiet area. Handy to Kita-Kamakura station. Comfy and very clean room with all the space I needed. Very helpful and friendly staff, who helped with check in, laundry needs and restaurant recommendation.

スタッフの方々のあたたかい対応に大変助かりました。到着日が雨で、傘を持っていない私にホテルの傘を快く貸してくださりました。翌日チェックアウト時にも傘がなく困っていたところ清掃に入られていた女性スタッフの方が、私がコンビニまで歩くために傘を貸してくれました。

良くなかった点は一切ありません！

駅から近く、部屋のコンセントもとても多かった。 風呂トイレが別々なのがありがたい。

シャワーブースでシャワーを使用した後、2時間くらい断続的に破裂音のようなものがした。
