Open space and fully equipped kitchen..

Walking into apartment after an early morning walk to find a strange man in my apartment at 7am doing his personal laundry. Was extremely scary and it took alot to get him to remove his laundry. He advised that he was staff and hence cd continue to be in the apartment while it was rented out to me. I called the rental company and they didn't seemed surprised and said they wd ask him to wait outside. Considering it was 7am and checkout was at 10am, I found this very unprofessional and rude.

The place had all the facilities we needed. Table and chair for my exam. Lounge for relaxing. Bath for ice bath after running. Large fridge. Thank you to Doreen for keeping our place so clean. Thank you to Patricia and Flo for assisting with the process of moving us. Thank you to the security personnel as well, and the other lady who cleaned our unit on Saturday. The staff is all great.

We were moved from 104 to 20. I appreciate that we were moved to another unit within Ipanema Beach, but we missed out on having a sea view, and we were moved from a 3 bed to a 2 bed at the same price. Nevertheless, we have no issues with number 20. We had a great stay and would definitely book the place again.

The linen was not clean and it was old and torn. I requested a change of linen which didn't come. Beds were creaking and uncomfortable.
