Price and communication with landlord was ok.

Pictures drives you in a wrong idea. If you are looking for number of rooms, looks like house has 3 rooms. But actually has 2 rooms. Not suitable for more than 4 people. May be 5, but definitely for 6+. Some of the pictures needs to be removed. Cutleries were dirty, linens were quite ok but pillows in the entrance were smelling too bad. Amenities in the kitchen were not useable. Distance from city center is ok if you like to walk for 40-45 min. But there is a bus. No parking spot for your car outside, full of cars, but not his fault. City itself has parking spot problem. Bathroom door isn't a door. Just plastic something hides you behind. Too many toys and different things which needs to be removed. In the end, price for one night is acceptable. But definitely needs a major renovation if the business should continue.

Nu este apartament cu 3 camere.Este un apartament cu 2 camere si a treia camera este un hol .Baia extrem mica,bucataria la fel.Destul de murdar ,prosoapele aratau rau, lenjeria nici ea nu era prea stralucita, chiar ma intreb daca au fost schimbate.

Good location close to universities. Clean house and easy check-in

Very bad mattresses and uncomfortable beds. No normal toilet door (a plastic "accordion" door instead). Packed with old unnecessary things and furniture.
