Everything . We was very sad to leave

Was lovely kids loved it was just use for Christmas

Decorated nice and was very cosy

The furniture and general space would be nice if clean and bedding provided etc.

We arrived after a 3 hour journey with 2 children under 4 to find, a mattress outside the property. The courtyard had scattered rubbish and exposed electrical box. The inside was filthy, food staines in the fridge and on cooker top, crumbs over work top, debris on floors and window seals. The beds had duvets and pillows with no covers, and none on site for us to do ourselves. Debris and hairs on the mattresses, the bathroom hadn't been cleaned in a while with lots of dirt and limescale around sink/bath. Pubic hair and urine in toilet and around seat. Broken sofa with a mattress chucked on top. When we called the vendor at 4.40 we eventually got through to the out of hours service. They didn't acknowledge and wrong doing and refused to even apologise for the situation they'd put us in. They said they could get a cleaner to us in the next hour if we wanted (this flat needed at least an hours clean), our children were already hungry and tired, they are usually in bed around 6pm, now it was 5.15. Absolutely no empathy from the customer service rep. She was rude and unhelpful. She eventually offered us another property that was supposedly near to the Peterborough area, but we'd lost all confidence by this point. We decided to take our family to the Premier Inn where we received an amazing welcome and great customer service, they couldn't be faulted. KSuites refunded is the £49 cleaning fee, but don't acknowledge any further responsibility, so we're 3 nights out of pocket. I was really, really upset that I'd chosen this property and put my family through this situation, it spoiled to trip as I spend several hours a day trying to get our money back and got no where. Booking.com reps were lovely but essentially have no ability to rectify the situation as its down to the property to manage their customers, so all communication were a bit of a waste of time.

No breakfast offered but the location was ok for us.

The environment not so clean and the 10am check out was to early for me considering I checked in 10pm
