1 Belvedere Ave affordable 2nd 3rd story view rooms of the Pacifc and Mt Tamalpais in Stinson Beach

Superb location next to the beach. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Very at-home feeling with an ocean view. There is no lift in the house so for rooms with the best ocean view you will have to climb 2 staircases.

The shared bathrooms weren't super clean - there was pet food and toilet, spiders (harmless) and it was overall very dated and fragile. The ladies bathroom had problems locking.

The location was easy to access and convenient to beach and downtown shops.

The room had too much furniture, knick-knacks, and clutter. The furnishings, bedding, and decor were dated and worn. The futon had a large gaping hole in the middle of the mattress. The bathroom is shared which worked out fine, but not preferable. The stairs were narrow and steep. The main floor was a combination antique shop/kitchen/garage sale. The property could be fun and quirky, but it needs a major renovation.

Cute room, great view, walking distance to the beach hikes and shops. Great little market. The inn keeper was very helpful.
