Walking past a lot of bins in passage up to the flat. Yard was scruffy. Some of the F&F were worn such as kitchen doors and very wobbly bathroom tap

the flat had all the facilities for enjoyable stay. the flat was comfortable and cosy for us and our dog. good location for the town once your parked in the car park. having the permit to use in the car park was a bonus. we didn't move the car for 3 days. There are lots of place to eat. we had a lovely meal in the last inn and the mermaid chip shop was lovely. best fish and chips.

the parking was very tricky by the apartment when unloading, especially if you have heavy things to carry. You are best parking outside the myrth tap. the flat is up the side ally..The court yard was great to let the dog out.you need to make sure you watch your dog carefully, ours spotted a cap at the top of the stairs and managed to jump onto the slopping roof and slipped off. luckily he was fine. It also lacked curb appeal.lots of rubbish left around over flowing ash tray. not a nice place to sit. the main parts of the flat was clean to a good standard.but there needs to be attention to detail in some area. cobwebs, shower plug not clean properly.

Flat was well equipped and cosy, very easy to come and go as we needed. The kitchen was especially helpful to save money on eating out. The tea & coffee provided was also a nice touch.

On first arrival wasn't good then court yard to the flat is very untidy and cluttered.would take much to sort it out move rubbish and I lick of paint.then it could be a nice place to sit on an evening.flat 2 was nice clean had everything you need.only thing for me would be a blind in bedroom as a lot of lights comes in from the street..
