Kalamata 360 View

Οι θετικες εντυπώσεις ξεκίνησαν πριν καν δούμε το διαμέρισμα από την εξαιρετικη επικοινωνία που είχαμε με τον ιδιοκτήτη. Σαφείς οδηγίες για τα πάντα και άμεση επικοινωνία. Το διαμέρισμα παρόλο που βρίσκεται σε μια πολυκατοικια αρκετών ετών είναι εξαιρετικό και έχει όλες τις ανέσεις. Ευρύχωρο, με πολύ μεγάλη βεράντα και φυσικά εξαιρετική θέα. Οπως το λέει 360 view. Πολύ ανετο το διαμέρισμα στο εσωτερικό του. Είχε ότι χρειαζεσαι (με βοήθησε ιδιαιτερώς το σίδερο!!!) και να τονίσουμε ότι είχε πολύ καλό και αναπαυτικό στρώμα. Η τοποθεσία εξαιρετική στο κέντρο της πόλης. Δεν είχαμε κάνενα θέμα με το parking, βρίσκαμε να παρκάρουμε εύκολα. Τα προιόντα για καλοσώρισμα από τον ιδιοκτήτη ήταν ενα ακόμη θετικό στοιχείο. Ο ιδιοκτήτης εχει κάνει καταπλητική δουλειά και έχει επιληφθεί για κάθε λεπτομέρεια.

Τιποτα. Ολα ηταν εξαιρετικά. Η εξωτερική εικόνα του κτιρίου ήταν λίγο ασχημη αλλα αυτό δεν έχει καμία σημάσια για το ωραίο και άνετο διαμέρισμα που αντικρίζεις με την καταπλητική θεα.

The apartment is very spacious and well equipped with mostly new appliances. The location is great and the fact that the flat is on the top floor is excellent due to the amazing view (truly 360) and also reduced noise. The host was very approachable, friendly and responsive. There is a major super market a block away, and some cafes and shops. However, the main shopping area is a short distance away.

There is not much I did not like, and I would definitely stay there again but a great addition would be a book case or some furniture with selves to put keep items like bits and bobs for longer stays and keep the rooms tidy as there in plenty of room.

The apartment is located downtown at a very nice location, close to the city center and the beach as well. The view is magnificent. The apartment was very clean and well equipped. The host was very helpful and our stay was really nice. We'd definitely consider it again in our next visit to Kalamata.

It is exactly as shown on the pictures! Enough space for a family of 4. Central located in Kalamata, walking distance to old town and sea side. Perfect next to supermarket and for daily outside city trips! We really enjoyed the stay and the owner was really nice and responsive! It was really the best residency in our 2 weeks greece trip! 10of10!
