Zoe's cozy room 2

The room is very clean. The bed is super comfortable, similar to hotel quality bedding. The location is located 15mins drive to the airport. And very near to the beach bars, groceries stores and restaurants. It is nice and well recommended for a short stay 👍

It would be nice to have cups/glasses for drinking. Also, there was no hot water for shower. It was too late at night when we discovered this so we did not contact the owner.

Small Cosy room, modern look, Netflix already logged in (no need for an account of your own). Easy self check-in. When I had a question, I got a response pretty quick. They have an elevator. Typically quiet area.

On one occasion, there were a few men outside my room, and they proceeded to knock on my door, I did not answer, but I heard them laughing, talking, and playing music outside of my room. I proceeded to contact the landlord as being a solo woman traveller there was no reason for anybody to be knocking on my door at night. The response I got was, "Don't open door, we don't know if they are from next door." Which meant I was basically stuck inside until these men left. I understand it's not the landlords problem but me being the customer the ideal situation would be for the landlord to contact the customers next door (also her room) and just simply ask if they were the ones knocking on my door and what they wanted/needed that way I would have peace of mind.

Host Dia was really welcoming and fast answering on questions I had

1. The apartment is located near the church so the whole evening and morning bell ringing was really very loud 2. The blanket is plastic one, so it was not comfy to sleep 3. Hot water was only after waiting 20 minutes of boiling water 4. And the last one - water went down from ceiling… the host said it’s fine, but the floor was full of water

The hostess is really nice. Check in was very easy. The property is lovely. Beautiful room, kind cleaning lady( my bath salts spilled because it was a tricky lid now they are closed) everything great.

I chose to stay at “Zoe’s cozy place 2” during a business trip to Athens and it turned out to be a good choice. The place is a 15-minute taxi-ride from the Athens International Airport and is located at the seaside suburb of Artemida. Both the booking and check-in were seamless, the owners provided me with all details I needed on time, including the digital key to the room and Wi-Fi access details. The room was meticulously cleaned and equipped with everything I needed for my short stay including a Nespresso coffee machine. I particularly appreciated the comfortable mattress and the air conditioner that was state of the art. I had no problems with the Wi-Fi connection which was important to me as I had successive calls that day. There was limited view of the sea from the balcony, enough however to make me decide the short walk to the beach. The room is close to all amenities, including a good fish restaurant. All in a all, this is a good value for money choice. Away from the complexities of downtown Athens, it combines a hotel - like room quality with the friendly atmosphere of a seaside town that, from what i got, remains an interesting destination, throughout the year.
