"The city is great but the place is somehow posh with a soul"

The location was fine as you could walk in the old city

The property was somehow weird as the whole apartment was not really in use, so the installation of the kitchen for example was done without care and many things did not work, there was also not really tableware or things for using the kitchen, the WiFi did not work and there was not intention from the owner to get it working. The final cherry on the experience was that we forgot a small bag in the apartment and the owner was not willing or capable to send it to us to Rome for a period of 4 weeks. Even when we proposed to pick it up after our trip no reply at all. Really a bad experience, including the bag with its things (clothing and household items) lost to bad service.
