Advice! Before booking kindly check the details of this apartment, first of all it’s on the 4th floor, there is no lift , if you have luggages its extremely hard to carry up through stairs and there is no one to escort you or meet you by the door, coz its CONTACTLESS check in, just keep that in mind. The other thing is No CASH or CARD payment since you don’t meet the host so prepare to transfer her money through MBANK app and send her the receipt on WhatsApp, only after that she gives you PIN code of the main entrance and guidelines how to get in . Super complicated !! I had very unpleasant experience coz the payment wasn’t going through and the ATM in the supermarket wasn’t working, so if you wish to stay in this flat better pay in advance so you don’t suffer like me in hot weather , with luggages. The room wasn’t wow , doesn’t look like in the picture, can’t call it clean neither so doesn’t worth the cost . I hope this feedback helps you out

I found bathroom dirty, smelly . The A/C was weak as well as WIFi.

The location is good, plenty around to do/eat etc. The apartment itself is very comfortable and has everything you need. The internet worked well. The host was helpful and allowed me to check in a little earlier than advertised. All in all, a good place to stay if you want your own space

It’s an old building so expect to hear the neighbours doing repairs, not the fault of the property though!
