"Great property overall."

Location was excellent. 20-30minute walk to downtown or a 5minute uber/taxi (£5 on average). Nice communal area, laundry facilities provided, and lots of thoughtful items in the accommodation for those who are travelling and may have forgotten a few bits.

Very thoughtful details e.g. white or natural noise machine, cosmetic area with wipes etc, well equipped kitchen. Very modern and clean. Nibbles/water provided on arrival. Secure with outdoor space. Convenient location with lovely historic houses as neighbours. Can recommend the Sunrise Memphis (Downtown) half a block away for delicious daytime food.

We liked the design of the apartment, it was clean and well maintained. In a good location within walking distance to downtown.

What we didn’t like was the noise from the neighbouring apartment #12. We couldn’t decide whether it was because of the design of the apartments or the people but there was always very loud banging, we think it was them closing the bathroom door but we don’t know. The banging was really bad, it made the walls shudder. Also, they were playing loud music till the early morning …
