Libertà #102 - Guest House Palermo

Carla was very helpful with how to get around and places to see. Breakfast was plentiful with a good choice. Matteo found us recommended places to eat.

The comfiest, cleanest, aesthetically pleasing place you are likely to find with amazing hosts. The property is located in a beautiful street with all transport nearby. Safe and secure with a concierge outside the main building. Fabulous breakfasts. We’d eaten so many carbohydrates at our previous stay in Naples that our host kindly provided fresh fruits, yoghurts, cheeses etc. for us to enjoy. Should we ever return to Palermo I would definitely choose to stay here again. Big thanks to my wonderful hosts!

There was nothing atall I didn’t like.

The hosts (Carla and Matteo) were incredibly attentive and extremely accommodating with tips, pointers and requests (breakfast etc.). The property was clean and well presented with its own balcony. The bus stop for trips to the city centre was located a short walk from the property and was cheap, costing just €1,80 (or free if there were no ticket attendants…).

The property was a 35-40 minute walk from the city centre which became an issue at night when the buses did not run regularly and the night buses came just once an hour.

We had a very nice stay at Liberta. Overall the experience was great. What really stood out was the hospitality of the hostess, the nice breakfast, and the list of recommendations they provided for restaurants. If you stay here, please do ask that list. We went to two restaurants and had a great experience both nights.

Nothing about the guest house, it was great. The traffic in Palermo is definitely an experience though.

We had a very good time in Palermo and it was not just the city! Matteo and Carla are the best B&B owners we have ever met! The apartment has a very cozy atmosphere, it’s spacious and feels like (a) home! I think in hindsight we should have spend some more days here… Did I mention I loved the room?

The hosts were really great and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The location is alittle far from the centre but was good for us as we had a car and there was lots of free street parking nearby. Breakfast was lovely and bottled water was provided and frequently replenished.

Dream Apartment in the heart of Palermo! Both host have done a tremendous job, giving us a feeling of being home. They were available 24/7, always ready to help or to give us a good advice where to go and what to do in Palermo. The breakfast was awesome, always reassuring that our wishes and preferences were met. I would definitely highly recommend everyone to make the same excellent experience we have done staying at this accommodation.

A beautiful and stylish appartment in an old build. Our hosts Matteo and Carla were simply amazing. Wish we could stay longer than 2nights. There is free parking around the property. Location wise is super comfortable if you plan to use public transport around the city.

The hosts, Carla and Matteo are wonderful and super helpful. You can choose your own breakfast items the day before. The rooms are big, renovated with style and the beds are fantastic. You can reach the centre by foot or by bus in just a couple of minutes. I would definitely come here again!
