Super! Traumhaft schöne Wohnung. Wir waren 5 Freunde und es war sehr viel Platz, die Küche hat alles zur Verfügung. Das Bad war auch groß, Schlafzimmer sehr dunkel, kein Lärm rundum. Wir kommen wieder

Für 5 Personen war reserviert, leider war nur für 3 Personen Schlafzeug und Handtücher vorbereitet. Das Personal war sehr bemüht und hat sich um uns gekümmert- sehr nett!

As soon as we arrived at the apartment in Eindhoven, we were met with an absolutely unacceptable level of cleanliness. The accommodation was filthy. The large rug in the living area was so disgustingly dirty that all of us felt physically sick just looking at it. We had no choice but to roll it up ourselves and remove it from the room completely. It only got worse from there. When we opened the drawers, we found crumbs and what appeared to be mouse droppings. Thick, dark hairs were scattered throughout the apartment — none of which belonged to any of us. It was obvious that the property had not been cleaned properly, if at all, before our arrival. On top of the hygiene issues, the apartment was freezing cold. I contacted the host, and after a wait, he eventually replied to say that he controlled the heating remotely and would increase the temperature. If he did, it made no difference. The place remained absolutely freezing. We spent our entire stay walking around in thick socks, cardigans, and even hats indoors because the cold was unbearable. The communication from the host was extremely poor throughout. I raised a formal complaint with both the host and the company separately, and both have completely ignored me. I made it clear that I expect a full refund due to the distress and discomfort we experienced, yet they have failed to respond to a single message. I have now had to escalate the matter to customer service, simply because I have been ignored for two weeks. I would strongly advise avoiding this property. The hygiene is appalling, the temperature is not fit for guests, the communication is terrible, and when problems arise, they do absolutely nothing to resolve them. In fact, they ignore you entirely — which is disgraceful.
