A valid credit card is required at check-in for additional charges and as a security deposit for the room. Pre-authorization will be processed and released after check-out, depending on your bank’s policies. Planning to visit the spa? We definitely recommend BOOKING IN ADVANCE to avoid disappointment, access is limited to 10 guests at a time in our Thermal Suite to protect the peaceful vibe. Thermal Suite access is €25 per person (instead of €50 per person). Our treatments feature Ground, a beautiful Irish wellness brand. Guest favourites include the Himalayan Salt Stone Massage and Jet Lag Recovery Massage, ideal after travelling. Please note the spa is for guests aged 16 and over. Open Sunday to Friday from 10am till 6pm and from 8am till 8pm on Saturday 18th December 2026 - 3rd January 2027 inclusive During the festive season, including Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, and New Year’s Day, opening hours of the Spa and Food & Beverage outlets may vary, and services may operate on a limited or special programme. Guests are kindly requested to contact the hotel in advance or refer to the Festive Season section of our website to review the available offerings and opening times during these dates.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Fitness center is closed from 2026-12-31 until 2026-04-27 A deposit may be required at the property.

"Honestly the whole trip was amazing the room was a massive surprise to me and my partner and we really enjoyed our anniv"

The room was incredible, we were upgraded to suite it was so perfect as we visited to celebrate our anniversary and to see some friends, it was only a ten minute walk to the town and the staff were fantastic!

The only thing I didn’t like was the price to use the pool and sauna as you already are paying for the room I do think it was a little too much but in saying that it’s only €25 pp so you would get over that.

"Interesting comfortable hotel"

This hotel is a treat to stay in. Really interesting decor and the room was spacious with two big queen beds. The bathroom was really big and well kitted out with everything you could need. The highlight was the breakfast which had a really interesting choice of quality items. There is free underground parking for the hotel. It was a really lovely relaxing stay.

It felt a bit expensive but probably on par for what we got. It limited how long we could stay. The dinner was a bit underwhelming and one of the dishes was a bit on the cold side. The staff were lovely and we've no doubt would have sorted any issues for us but we were in a hurry to get to our next destination. It wouldn't stop us coming back to the G which will always hold fond memories for us.

"It was nice but not a 5 star experience to reflect the hotels star rating in my opinion"

Interior design and comfort of the property was spot on

Prices of drinks in the bar is extortionate, didn’t like the fact that even though i was staying at the hotel i still needed to pay €25 to use the spa area

"One of the best hotel experiences of my life."

Hotel is one of the best I’ve had the pleasure to stay in with the outdoor terrace, the many comfortable bar areas for socialising and chilling. The bedrooms are exceptional with luxurious towels snacks and drinks and lots of wardrobe space. A truly 5 star hotel in every sense.

Beautifully decorated and pleasantly cool considering the extreme weather at present. Staff at check-in desk and bar so friendly

Very disappointed with service in restaurant...certainly not 5 star. Service at breakfast was slow and my husband had finished his cooked breakfast and l had not even been served! When l eventually got to ask re my breakfast they said l would have to wait. We were not charged for breakfast but then again l DID NOT have a breakfast. ! Not the service you would expect and really ruined our night away.
