A valid credit card is required at check-in for additional charges and as a security deposit for the room. Pre-authorization will be processed and released after check-out, depending on your bank’s policies. Planning to visit the spa? We definitely recommend BOOKING IN ADVANCE to avoid disappointment, access is limited to 10 guests at a time in our Thermal Suite to protect the peaceful vibe. Thermal Suite access is €25 per person (instead of €50 per person). Our treatments feature Ground, a beautiful Irish wellness brand. Guest favourites include the Himalayan Salt Stone Massage and Jet Lag Recovery Massage, ideal after travelling. Please note the spa is for guests aged 16 and over. Open Sunday to Friday from 10am till 6pm and from 8am till 8pm on Saturday 18th December 2026 - 3rd January 2027 inclusive During the festive season, including Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, and New Year’s Day, opening hours of the Spa and Food & Beverage outlets may vary, and services may operate on a limited or special programme. Guests are kindly requested to contact the hotel in advance or refer to the Festive Season section of our website to review the available offerings and opening times during these dates.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
