Rooms are neat and modern, all basics e.g. coffee and tea making facilities, fridge and aircon available. The bed and pillows are extremely comfortable, bedding is of good quality. 👌 The lady who eventually responded to the phone and checked us in was friendly.

The gate was open when we arrive (safety and security concern). The reception door was locked, we had to make several calls to get someone to attend to us. Someone answered after several attempts, this delayed us as we wanted to check in, freshen up and change before the wedding we were attending in the area; we could not do so as we ended up being late. It will help if the reception is manned or there's someone taking calls. If the gate was locked when we arrived, we were going to panic as we would have to wait outside the premises. (this does not mean an open gate is a positive) There are no rugs in the bedroom, there's nowhere to wipe one's feet, please add bed side rugs, this will elevate the bedroom from 4 to 5. The bathroom was clean, except the toilet bowl, just needed detergent and a brush to remove the brown stain.

It was easy to locate the place. The host was very friendly and available whenever we needed help 😊.I would really recommend M&N . The room was comfortable and cozy.. I enjoyed my stay

The shortage of water ... It was hard to access hot water .. there should try and fix that issue .
