Cozy Kuhio Village Studio

Stayed 24 nights, charged huge “property fee” when there are 0 services provided by the property. Don’t expect anybody on site to help with anything and late checkout or early checkin will not be possible. Really left wondering what the property fee is for… the “office” downstairs wants nothing to do with you as a renter it’s for owners only. No laundry, towels, sheets. Wouldn’t recommend this condo if you are staying in Waikiki, get a hotel instead where you get some service and amenities for the property fee at least. Place was filthy. No bag storage.

Nobody onsite to address issues/problems. 4:00 is too late to check in. 10:00 is too early to check out. Coffee pot filthy. Plumbing problems with bathtub and sink. Water turned off in building for 16 hours.

Location was fabulous

The room was very dated not particularly clean. Our flight was delayed so thankfully only had to spend 2 nights there instead of 3.

location was excellent very close to the main strip in Waikiki

lamp broke and so did the curtains after about 5 mins of being there

The location was close to the beach and many of the sights. It was great to have a fridge and necessary dishes.
