Beach front room with a view Washer and dryer Full kitchen

Bed sheets and comforter were dirty when we got there. Had to change our the linens before using the bed. Chair covers by the windows are stained and dirty. Had to use the beach towels that we brought to cover them before sitting down. Plates, bowls, and silverware were dirty when we went to use them. They had a slimy film on them so we have to wash all the dishes we were going to use before we used them. Had to kill cockroaches. Second shower was unable to be used due the shower head being mostly clogged over with water deposit so water would not come out. When we stay for 2 weeks we need to be given more than 1 extra roll of tp and paper towels. Unable to watch TV in both bed rooms as there was no cable and only 1 Roku device. And the bedroom TVs were very small. Not the rental company fault - but tooo many kids at the condo, pool and beach over run for an off season time of year.

It was a pretty penthouse corner unit with an updated kitchen and bathrooms. The whole building was clean and functional but shows its age.

The AC was inadequate, especially in the 2nd bedroom. That room never cooled off, and my kids were pretty unhappy. The view from the big windows was great, but the windows are in need of an upgrade. They are foggy and not double panes so the heat and excessive sunlight kept the unit warmer. Lastly, blackout curtains in the entire unit would be awesome! That morning sun kept us from sleeping in. It was so bright...
