The hotel is very close to La Cerámica Stadium, the rooms are overall good. The shower is excellent.

I booked two rooms — one for me and my father, and another for a couple of friends. Forty-eight hours before check-in, I received a message from the hotel asking me to complete the check-in process. I checked in both for myself and my father, as well as for our friends. When we arrived at the hotel, I was surprised to find out that our friends had received a room number and access code from the hotel owner, but my father and I hadn’t received anything! When I tried calling the hotel owner, no one answered. My father and I were left without a room and had to try using the access code our friends had received on other rooms, hoping we could open one that was available — we thought maybe the owner had just forgotten to send us our details. Luckily, we managed to open a room on the third floor and settled in, but we were very worried that other guests might show up later or that the hotel owner might remotely change the room code. Only after three and a half hours — right in the middle of the Villarreal match experience — did the hotel owner finally respond, and at first, he even asked me to pay for the room I had taken. Only a few minutes later did he realize that he had made a mistake and that I actually had two confirmation numbers. He didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience and the terrible experience we went through. In addition, they claim that breakfast is included — but I didn’t see any breakfast at all. Not even coffee was available.

Right across the street from the Ceramica. Great stay if you’re going to see a game.

I liked everything about the location! The hotel is run with great attention to details which makes the stay even more pleasant and comfortable. - great design - plenty of restaurants next to it - comfortable bed and cozy atmosphere - very polite cleaning personnel The manager is absolutely delightful! Helped me through a minor inconvenience that arose during the checkin process

Cuando llegué, la habitación estaba sin limpiar. Avisé al alojamiento y rápidamente vinieron a subsanarlo.

Очень чистые новые апартаменты, 2 минуты от стадиона, 7-8 минут до центра. Хороший ремонт, стильный дизайн, всё продумано для удобства! У нас не открывался один из замков, хозяйка сразу же ответила на телефон и быстро помогла. Искренни рекомендую, всё уровня хорошего 4* отеля.

We came to watch a football match at the stadium opposite so the location was perfect.

Breakfast!! If you think a small dry croissant, a small carton of orange juice and a pouch of coffee( we had to walk to the main door to use the machine) value for money you are sadly mistaken. Car parking was available but quite a long walk from the hotel.
